This item is very efficient to heat a small space, good to warm the room before retiring for the night. The timer, although a little fussy to seven, makes this very convenient to operate. It is small enough not to be too intrusive in your space. It is, in fact, make a TICKING sound as the metal expands and contracts with heating / cooling, but if this is not a problem I would recommend this.

I bought a house that needs serious work. I had to change multiple plumbing and electrical issues, the holes in the ceiling, and again ... but the heating system was murdered, too rusty (and much $ $ $ to fix yet). I have about 500 feet feet on the first floor with 3 bedrooms and a bath medium, and 500 feet feet above the floor. Right now I have closed and the upper floor with 2 heaters in two rooms of 13 x 15 I 've been able to keep things warm and toasty I just fixed 2! Now it is true, It 's has obtained less than 27 degrees, I only have 8 ' ceilings and 've only had low levels of 30 years to maybe 3 days 3 hours here and there, but I ' m really impressed with these heaters have remained comfortable. I'm sick and tired of the bathroom up to the cold all winter ... heating length works perfectly. Which was built in timer units will start at 5:00 every mornig and good bathroom and warm when I woke up. Couln 't be happier.

Although Delonghi is a trusted name, I can not find a way to properly operate this heater. There is little information and even took me to a repair shop RECOMMENDED Delonghito see if there are any problems. Needless to say, the workshop did not find any problems with it. This unit seems to be a substitute TRN1015T DeLonghi, purchased in November of 2006 to replace another DeLonghi oil filled heater leaks. This is the third DeLonghi oil filled heater that I've bought and just as with many mass-produced consumer products these days, they just don 't last as long models. The first one heater that I bought lasted for 10 years before one switches on fire. I replaced it with a newer model works very well until the day I entered the room and found a room full of thin blue smoke. Unit has been leaked and most of the oil ended up in my carpet. Fortunately, this room has a carpet that just lay on the concrete without pads underneath. If this has wall to wall carpet, it could be messy. I suspect that this is rare, as I 've never heard of this happening before. That's when I present I bought the unit, TRN1015T. The GFCI plug becomes very hot every time the unit is on. So did the cord, especially when using higher settings. Last winter burn GFCI plug. This happened in the middle of one of our coldest nights last winter. I happen to have a new plug-in tool kit, so I replace the GFCI plug with a regular one unit working properly. Cord now never be warm no matter what settings I use. Nearing the end of winter, the timer stops. I now have a heater that is still functioning properly, but no longer have time to work. I want to say that despite this problem, I still like this heater and I would buy one again soon. They heat quickly and very efficiently. My next purchase will NOT have a plug GFCI!

this is my heater Delonghi seconds. Now I have one in each bedroom. They don 't shoot the warmth, not immediate. It's consistent heat. E 'comfortable warmth. E 'safe so I leave at night. Great product. (I just turn on and off - I haven 't set the timer to go before returning home)

The first unit we received a constant thumping sound due to expansion and contraction. The sound could be heard clearly at home. Amazon replaced it immediately, and the new unit is basically silent except for a little click when the thermostat operates. R rThis is a neat little unit that works well to heat a small room (it 's great in the bathroom), or to "top-up " the heater in a larger room. R rbe realize that there is no simple way to override the timer if you use a timer and you are in an "off " periods. Must be nice to have 3-way switch - Off / Timer / On. We just revolve around the timer dial to the next "in " period, but it 's easy to forget to reset when we finished. Other units in the market is more sophisticated digital timer control that can work better. R ryou should continue heating for at least 6 "from the wall, and even then the wall will get hot enough. So, it 's not quite as compact as you might think. R rBest used for this heating is make a bathroom warm first thing in the morning, using the timer.

The heater works well, but as other reviewers have noted, the heating process apparently creates expansion / contraction of the propellers heating, and the noise is very noticeable. R rThis heater is so loud (ironic, since it has no moving parts) that It 's totally unsuitable for use in sleeping areas. R wouldn RI 't buy it again. There 's plenty of other options that do the same thing, without me waking during the night.

I bought this heater to heat the bottom of my bed, my bed has a support of captain with a wooden board over then the foam mattress on top. Moisture was building between the mattress and wood from the cold wall and the floor and there is no airflow through the captain are being completely closed. I know it is not recommended for use in very small space, but that's what I needed to and that is the safest heater to use for something. It is small and very safe and not have to crawl under the bed to turn power on and off. It works fantastically and I am extremely happy with it. I got in too low and warm enough to keep things dry.

Very good heater, I got two of these, the only drawback is one of them is loud - makes click sound when you click the heat stops. If not - perfect. I bought one of those two years ago, then a unit 2 years ago. They are heavy units little work, but exceptionally well for back-up heat or when you don 't want to run the central unit. Silent, they are able to heat a medium-sized room to the point of discomfort in a short period of time. Great price, solid construction, durable and quiet. Completely satisfied with this purchase ... just keep in mind, we are in the state sun to heat isn 't like to be Burdened north.

We bought this radiator Because of its compact size and oil radiant heat. It worked the first year and not the second. I would not recommend it.

I purchased this at the end of 2007 because I needed a safe, small compact heater. I bought this at Bed, Bath and Beyond, paying a little less than 60 with a 20% coupon. It was a wonderful heat and did its job really well for one second that I bought a couple of months later. Don 't expect this to heat a large room, it ' s only designed for small rooms. The GFI plug is a nice safety feature. I would have given this a 5 star if I wrote a review then. Almost a year later one of them broke. I thought that was just a lemon, but then the second one broke shortly therafter (Warranty was only for a year). It 'sa shame because I really liked this heater, but I wish the durability was better. It 's really unfortunate because there are not many oil-based heaters to choose from in this size and price was not a major criteria for me (I would gladly pay more for a quality heater that would last).

This heater works well and is compact, but it just doesn t 'do the job of heating. I have it in a small room (10 X 12), and if I close it and leave it on high for several hours, it will heat the environment to some, but perhaps only about 67-68F And according to the thermometer is on the wall. TRN0812T Delonghi oil filled radiator Radiator This is a fantastic, especially for the money. It is not blowing hot air with a noisy fan (no fan), but instead of heating an entire room and even more. He never had a smell as some commentators have asserted, but it is there to a quiet 15 x 19 master bedroom and bathroom ajoining warm while using only a maximum of 1200 watts. I quartz heaters, the heater fan type regularly, but this is my first oil heating and I am replacing others with this same heater. When temperatures do not go below 30 degrees, you can use a maximum of 500 or 700 watt setting to keep the area around 75 degrees. Amazing how something can be so effective, quiet and not smelly. Very easy to program for on and off and safer to use in a bathroom. I have other quartz Delonghi Heaters that are too large, but heat only a specific area and they are a bit noisy and the use of energy a whole lot more to produce heat. It is very pleasant to walk anywhere in a room and be warm in all regions, then you do not get that with other types of heaters.

This product worked well for the first few days and then would not turn on at all. Tried the reset buttons, checked the outlets - nothing! It has been returned to Amazon and am awaiting my refund. I will not be purchasing this product again.

I bought this heater last winter to use on my son 's room at night and in the room during the day. On It 's low-definition, which kept my son ' s room toasty warm. Average was very hot. Between that and the handles (which was really cool), I thought that this heater was perfect, but it totally conked out after midnight, one using it this fall (in the scenario below!). DeLonghi heaters have two others that are different models that are great. I 'll buy one. I have no intention of spending $ 75 for each room heaters for winter. Ridiculous.

I 've had this for about 3 months and must say it works very well. Let our in our room at night in just about high and far 've seen an increase of only about 4 dollars on our monthly energy bill this winter. The last week or so with temperature. stay off around 35 or less at night remains our largest in the master bedroom of 75 degrees after it 's been about an hour. I bought this for my room, which is about 20 'x 12 '. Previously I had a heater ceramic style that I could not run at night due to the noise of the fan.
